Anyway, as if Addison Rae couldn’t get more popular, The Kid Laroi released a song “Addison Rae,” with the lyrics, “I need a bad b****, Addison Rae.” The song itself wasn’t wildly popular, but Addison’s reaction sure was.

Like the fact that Addison began using TikTok in July and had 18 million followers by February absolutely blows my mind. Pre-quarantine AKA pre-worldwide-TikTok-obsession, I even wrote fun facts about the star. Was she babysitting? Who was the bigger fan? I have so many questions. The 19-year-old TikTok superstar has also collaborated with celebrities – most notable and recently Kourtney Kardashian and her kids. Now for Addison Easterling – otherwise known as Addison Rae. I will take my obsession with Charli and Dixie to my GRAVE. Charli has not only TikToked with Jimmy Fallon, Derek Hough, and David Dobrik, but she and her sister just recently partnered with Morphe Cosmetics to launch a brand-new sub-brand, Morphe 2. Since their rise to fame, these two have met and created videos with tons of celebrities. And that just makes all the sense in the world to my friends and family. I like to say, Charli and Addison : TikTok :: Selena and Demi : Disney. I can confidently say that Addison Rae Easterling and Charli D’Amelio are the queens of TikTok.

These creators are even beginning to become more popular than Dance Moms stars like Kenzie and Maddie Ziegler, JoJo Siwa, Nia Sioux, and dozens of others. But I never thought that these TikTokers could turn into actual celebrities. From the second I downloaded TikTok – as an early adopter even – I instantly knew it was the perfect place for stardom, drama, and feuds.
